Marina Natale is an independent director on PKB’s Board of Directors since April 2024.
Of Italian nationality, with an Economics and Business degree from Università Cattolica of Milan, Marina Natale is a senior executive specialised in the Financial Service Industry, with strong experience in corporate turnaround and in the conception and execution of complex extraordinary transactions.
Marina Natale boasts 30 years of experience in Unicredit where she held various senior roles such as Group CFO, Head of Private Banking Division, Head of Group M&A and Business Development, managing the Group’s most important external growth deals. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2023, she was CEO of AMCO – Asset Management Company, player with a leading position in the management of impaired loans in Italy.
She has served on the Boards of Directors of major companies and since November 2023, has been Senior Advisor at Kitra Spa.
