Structure
The Trabaldo Togna family is the sole shareholder of PKB Group, responsible for setting the targets, strategic guidelines and long-term vision through the holding company, Auriga Holding SA.
Auriga Holding SA holds 100% of PKB’s shares and, through it, a 99.6% stake in Milan-based private bank Cassa Lombarda SpA. PKB also holds the entire share capital of PKB Wealth Management SA, in Panama, and a majority stake in Belvoir Capital AG. With Cassa Lombarda, PKB controls 100% of Italian fiduciary services company PKB Servizi Fiduciari SpA in Milan. PKB also manages the Planetarium Fund, a Luxembourg SICAV with approx. EUR 1 billion in assets.
PKB is bound by the depositor protection agreement of Swiss banks and securities dealers (esisuisse). More information about the agreement can be found here.
Cassa Lombarda
Founded in 1923, Cassa Lombarda is a private banking boutique offering services for private and institutional clients in Italy. Part of PKB Group since the early 1980s, Cassa Lombarda focusses its offering on three pillars: advisory services, an open architecture platform and tailored solutions for each client. The bank delivers a range of products and services from its five locations: Milan (headquarters), Rome, Bergamo, Busto Arsizio and Como. Cassa Lombarda also offers fiduciary services through its subsidiary, PKB Servizi Fiduciari.
Belvoir Capital
Belvoir Capital is a collective wealth manager regulated by FINMA, operating in the three main financial centers of Switzerland: Zurich, Lugano, and Lausanne. Additionally, the company provides personalized and professional management of private and family wealth with a multi-bank approach and offers comprehensive family office services to meet various financial and investment needs.

PKB Servizi Fiduciari was built on the experience of two banks: PKB Private Bank and Cassa Lombarda. PKB Servizi Fiduciari offers fiduciary services and creates a customised path for each client to help meet both financial and fiscal needs as well as offer asset protection and support in generational transitions.
