Stefano Veri is an independent Director of the Board of Directors of PKB since 2022. Born in 1964, Stefano is Swiss, married and father of two children.
Stefano is also independent board member of other companies.
Previously he worked for over 40 years at UBS. Group Managing Director since 2014, Stefano Veri has been one of the top senior managers with the longest career tenure at UBS.
Member of several key management committees, he has actively participated, influenced and shaped the evolution and transformation of UBS Wealth Management in Switzerland and abroad.
Stefano has a deep knowledge of the international Capital markets and the Global Wealth management industry, having developed and lead successful business across multiple jurisdictions.
