On April 28, 2026, PKB had the pleasure of participating in a meeting organized by the Association of Ticino Students at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), a valuable opportunity to engage with over 50 students interested in learning more about the world of private banking and PKB’s reality.
During the event, the company was presented, and a reflection was shared on the evolving role of the Relationship Manager, who today is increasingly focused not only on technical skills but also on soft skills— a distinctive and strategic element in the professional journey.
Special attention was given to young people, offering practical insights for taking the first steps into the working world. The final workshop, featuring a mock interview, allowed participants to challenge themselves, highlight their unique traits, and understand how to stand out through authenticity and self-awareness. Because the real difference does not lie in “perfect” answers, but in the quality of reasoning, credibility, and authenticity of each individual.
