The Academy, now in its fourth edition, is the result of a collaboration between PKB and Match Strategies and is aimed at companies with an interest in the local ecosystem
Following the success of the 2025 edition, which culminated in the final evening that saw the awarding of the winning start-up (Aura System), the PKB AddVenture Academy is relaunching. The initiative was launched in 2022 by PKB Private Bank, in collaboration with the innovation boutique Match Strategies. The PKB AddVenture Academy is a private initiative designed to support and accelerate the development of selected start-ups. In line with PKB’s values, a bank with an entrepreneurial DNA deeply rooted in the territory, the project also aims to promote and strengthen the local innovation ecosystem.
Who is it for
The Academy is aimed at high-potential start-ups, based in Ticino or with plans for operational expansion in the region, eager to grow and test themselves in an innovation-oriented context.
What the program offers
Start-ups not only need capital, but also skills. In this perspective, the Academy aims to support them in building solid foundations necessary to increase long-term success chances. Selected start-ups will have access to an operational path that combines different elements. The program includes 100 hours of personalized Venture Building delivered by the Match Strategies team, thematic workshops, mentorship sessions with industry experts, and an important networking component with investors, corporates, and advisors.
