As part of the PKB AddVenture Academy journey, we were hosted by Zambon Biotech.
We engaged with the team, gaining firsthand insight into the world of innovation at Zambon and observing how corporations are evolving their models: becoming increasingly open, based on partnerships and the integration of new technologies. It emerged that the HR dynamics of a structured company share many similarities with the daily challenges faced by startups — an aspect that brings these two worlds closer than one might think.
A central feature of the PKB AddVenture Academy is precisely these moments: the “off-sites.” We bring startups—Komete, SIE-VE, Powsh, and Talpa Inspection—into established companies to foster real connections, direct dialogue, and concrete opportunities for growth and innovation.
