Marco Malcontenti is Chief Financial Officer at PKB and a member of the bank’s Executive Board since 2017. Born in 1967, he is of Italian nationality, married and father to two children.
Marco has over 25 years of experience in the Asset Management and Private Banking sector, holding senior positions in the Mediolanum Group and then Azimut Group, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and co-CEO, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the main subsidiaries.
He graduated with honours in Economics and Business from the University of Pisa, and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law from Bocconi University in Milan. In addition, Marco is a chartered accountant and auditor.
