Since April 2020 Umberto Trabaldo Togna is Chairman of the Board of Directors at PKB. He is also a member of the bank’s Executive Committee and of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Born in 1961, Umberto is of dual Swiss and Italian nationality, married and has three children.
Previously, Umberto held the role of PKB Group CEO (Chairman of the Executive Board) from 2005 and was a member of the bank’s Executive Board from 1994, where he acted as PKB’s Head of Private Banking. He joined PKB in 1985 as Secretary of the Board of Directors, having been exposed to the financial institutions sector from an early age, at banking establishments in London and New York.
Umberto is also a member of various Boards of Directors including Auriga Holding SA (parent company of PKB) and Cassa Lombarda Spa. He graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Geneva in 1983.
