Pierre Poncet is an independent Director of the Board of Directors of PKB since 2016. He is also a member of the bank’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Born in 1952, Pierre is a Swiss national, married and father of three children.
Previously, Pierre was a Managing Partner of the Geneva private bank Bordier & Cie over the period 1992 – 2012, of which he is currently a limited partner. Pierre spent a long career in the banking sector between New York and Geneva.
A graduate in Business Management from the University of Geneva, Pierre obtained a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France) in 1976.
