Since 2006 Massimo Trabaldo Togna is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at PKB. He is also a member of the bank’s Executive Committee and of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Born in 1954, Massimo is of Italian nationality, married and father to two sons.
Massimo has been a member of the Board of Directors of PKB since 1997 and a member of the Board of Directors of Cassa Lombarda (Milan) since 1984, having been appointed Chairman of the bank in 2003. Previously, Massimo spent most of his professional career at Compagnie de l’Occident pour la Finance et l’Industrie (COFI) Group (former parent company of PKB), where he has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1994 and focused on activities in the real estate, banking and agricultural sectors.
Massimo has been a member of the Board of Directors of Auriga Holding SA (existing parent company of PKB) since its establishment in 2016. He graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
