Federico Trabaldo Togna
Secretary of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee
Federico Trabaldo Togna serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee of PKB since December 2025, a role he previously held from 2016 to 2021.
Born in 1993, he holds dual Italian and Swiss citizenship and is married. He is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin, in Geneva, where he advises and represents clients across various areas, including complex transactions (M&A), private equity and venture capital, supporting investors as well as founding and management teams throughout all transactional stages. His work is particularly focused on the technology and life sciences sectors. Following his admission to the Swiss Bar, Federico joined several professional associations, including the Geneva Bar Association, where he also served as a Committee Member of the under-40 section. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in Business Law from the University of Geneva, as well as an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley.
