Francesco Bellini Cavalletti is an independent Director of the Board of Directors of PKB since 2016. He is also a member of the bank’s Executive Committee. Born in 1955, Francesco is of Italian nationality, married and is father to a son.
Francesco represents the fourth generation of lawyers in his family. He has spent his career working in his family company in Milan and specializes in contract and company law. He has been on the Board of Directors of Cassa Lombarda (Milan) since 2002 and has been its Vice-Chairman since 2003.
A graduate in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Francesco is registered with the Milan bar and qualified to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.
